Speaking to Televizija Vijesti, Mišković noted that property prices in Montenegro have surged by 70% since the COVID-19 pandemic.

The average price per square meter, according to Monstat’s Q2 statistics, stands at €1,800, though Mišković explained that this figure doesn’t reflect the real state of the coastal market, where prices, except in Ulcinj, rarely drop below €2,000 per square meter.

Inflation and economic reforms, which are expected to boost incomes and borrowing capacity, are further driving demand in the region.
