During the Monaco Grand Prix weekend, Rimac presented its most dynamic creation yet — the Nevera R — in what was described as a showcase of cutting-edge electric performance amid the spectacle of Formula 1.

The car was displayed at the legendary Fairmont Hotel, just steps from the iconic hairpin bend, where the Croatian brand added a spark of futuristic energy to one of motorsport’s most historic settings.

Rimac representatives said the Nevera R had been engineered with a clear focus on enhanced handling and stability without compromising daily usability.

They highlighted the model’s fixed rear wing, enlarged diffuser, and improved aerodynamics, which provide 15% more downforce and a 10% gain in overall efficiency compared to the standard Nevera.

Founder Mate Rimac said that Monaco represented the perfect stage for the unveiling, describing it as a place where the most advanced cars came together with the world’s most discerning automotive enthusiasts.

He stated that the Nevera R embodied what he saw as uncompromising performance, striking design, and absolute exclusivity.

Observers noted that, with its 2,107 horsepower, acceleration from 0 to 96 km/h in just 1.74 seconds, and a top speed of 412 km/h, the Nevera R didn’t merely blend in with Monaco’s elite — it completely stole the show.
